Syngenta announces three winners in PestWorld booth drawing for $300 gift certificates
- Three winners received a gift certificate for tickets to sporting events, concerts or theatre performances.
- Booth visitors were entered into the contest when they visited to learn about expansions in the Optigard® and Demand® product families.
- Crown Leadership Award winners announced.
Syngenta announced that three pest management professionals (PMPs) each received a 2009 PestWorld Syngenta booth drawing prize for a $300 gift certificate.
Scott McNeely, founder and president of McNeely Pest Control in Winston-Salem, N.C.; Phillip Cooper, president of Cooper Pest Solutions in Lawrenceville, N.J.; and Jeff Annis, president and CEO of Advanced Services, Inc. in Augusta, Ga., were the lucky winners. They can redeem the gift certificates to buy tickets to their choice of tens of thousands of sporting, concert, theater and other live entertainment events.

All booth visitors who had their badges scanned were entered into the contest when they stopped by to hear more about the Optigard® line of products including Optigard Flex and Optigard Ant Gel Bait, and previewed a new Optigard Fire Ant Bait, launching in early 2010. PMPs also learned about the newest Demand® EZ pint size offering, which offers the lowest entry-level price point in the Demand family.
“PestWorld is a great forum to conduct lots of business at once in a relaxed setting,” said Cooper. “Since we use Demand CS as our primary liquid residual product for bedbug control, I enjoyed visiting the Syngenta booth and learning about the newest offerings. McNeely, Cooper, Annis, and other Syngenta booth visitors at PestWorld were treated to a customer appreciation event in the booth the first night of the show. PMPs were eager to kick back and relax with sports highlight reels and hear the latest company news.
